About this opportunity
The Accelerating African Women’s Leadership in Climate Action Fellowship aims to strengthen leadership and negotiation skills of African women climate professionals, with a focus on smallholder farmers’ adaptive capacities. It provides a two-year blended program including training, coaching, mentoring, collaborative projects, and networking opportunities, culminating in a certificate of completion and access to an elite network of experts.

Eligibility
Applicants must be women from Benin, Cameroon, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, or Senegal; hold a minimum of a master’s degree; have at least five years of relevant work experience; actively engage in climate solutions; and reside in an African country throughout the fellowship period.
