The Stanford Next Asia Policy Postdoctoral Fellowship 2026-2028 offers two two-year postdoctoral fellowships hosted by the Stanford Next Asia Policy Lab (SNAPL). Fellows conduct interdisciplinary policy-relevant research on contemporary Asia, lead a thematic collaborative research group, and support student programming and related activities. The appointment is for two years, with a possible extension contingent on performance and funding; fellows receive an annual salary and access to Stanford facilities and campus events.

Eligibility

Open to scholars with a strong interest in interdisciplinary research and policy engagement on contemporary Asia. The Lab is particularly interested in scholars who are enthusiastic about collaborating closely with other Lab members across diverse thematic areas.
