About this opportunity
The Shorenstein Postdoctoral Fellowship on Contemporary Asia offers two 10-month postdoctoral positions for junior scholars to conduct research and writing on contemporary Asia, focusing on political, economic, or social change in the Asia-Pacific region. Fellows are in residence for the duration of the appointment and participate in center activities, seminars, and the publication program. The fellowship is funded with a salary and research expenses support.

Eligibility
Applicants must be recent PhDs and cannot be more than three years past the awarding of their doctoral degree when the fellowship begins. They must have dissertation submission and approval for conferral by June 30, 2026.
