Bourse de Recherche sur les Routes de la Soie, 2023

The Silk Roads Youth Research Grant 2023 is a funding programme by UNESCO, supported by the Chinese National Commission for UNESCO, awarding twelve research grants of 10,000 USD to young researchers under 35. The grants support studies on the shared heritage and identities of the Silk Roads across a wide range of disciplines in social sciences and humanities. Proposals may cover themes related to the heritage, intercultural dialogue, regional cooperation, and sustainable development through the study of Silk Roads history and contemporary dynamics.

Funding of 10,000 USD per grant, awarded to selected researchers for their proposed study; payments delivered in two installments.

Applicants must be third-cycle researchers, from any country, and be 35 years old or younger at the time of application.
