Palmetto Fellows Scholarship

The Palmetto Fellows Scholarship is a merit-based program funded by the South Carolina Education Lottery for eligible South Carolina high school seniors attending an in-state college or university. It provides substantial financial support toward cost of attendance, with enhancements for certain majors such as STEM, Education, and Accounting. The program is available to top-ranked students who meet specific GPA and test score requirements and maintain eligibility through college.

High school seniors who are South Carolina residents attending an eligible SC college or university may qualify; US citizen or permanent resident, no felony convictions, not in default on loans, and specific academic requirements apply.

Counselors apply on behalf of the student; eligibility and materials are determined through the student's high school and SC institutions
