African Leadership Institute (AFLI) Worldwide 2026

Information

The Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellowship Programme (ATLP) is a multi-faceted, five-month, part-time leadership learning experience run in partnership with Oxford University’s Said Business School. It selects high-potential African leaders aged 30-39 from across the continent and offers a rigorous, competitive process to become a Tutu Fellow and join the AFLI network for ongoing engagement and impact.

Benefits

Participants gain intensive leadership development, exposure to global and African leadership perspectives, and integration into a network of 25 Fellows and AFLI alumni. The programme includes modules led by world-class faculty, opportunities to lead projects, and ongoing engagement within the AFLI network after graduation.

Eligibility

Citizens of African countries who are currently living in Africa (or temporarily abroad for work/study) and aged 30-39 as of 30 April 2026.
