African Leadership Institute Worldwide 2025

Information

The Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellowship is a multi-faceted leadership development programme run in partnership with Oxford University’s Said Business School. It selects around 25 high-potential African leaders each year for an intensive, five-month, part-time learning experience culminating in workshops in Africa and at Oxford/London. The fellowship covers the candidate’s costs on the programme, including accommodation, tuition, and subsistence.

Eligibility

Candidates must be citizens of an African country, and must be currently living in Africa, or temporarily placed abroad by their employer or completing further education abroad or working on African projects for a global organisation; they must be older than 30 and younger than 40 on 30 April 2025; candidates can come from any sector of society.
