Information

The Archbishop Tutu Leadership Fellowship is a prestigious leadership development programme initiated by the African Leadership Institute (AFLI) to identify and develop high-potential African leaders aged 30–39. Approximately 25 fellows are selected each year through a competitive process from across Africa to participate in leadership learning activities, build professional networks, and develop capabilities to contribute to Africa’s transformation. The fellowship is highly selective and expects nominees to demonstrate leadership potential across sectors including government, business, civil society, education, health, and more.

Eligibility
