Laval University Canada Excellence Scholarships 2027

The Laval University Canada Excellence Scholarships (PBEEE) is a funding programme for international students and researchers pursuing research-focused Master’s studies, PhD, postdoctoral work or short-term research and professional development projects in Canada. It offers multiple components with substantial financial support, requiring nomination and internal pre-selection through Laval University before advancing to the provincial competition. Funding covers stipends ranging from CAD 3,000 per month for short-term stays to annual awards up to CAD 35,000 for advanced research programs, with host sponsorship required as part of the application process.
