Excellence Scholarships for International Students (PBEEE) at Laval University

The University of Laval invites applications for the Excellence Scholarship for international postgraduates to study in Canada. The program offers scholarships across Master’s, Doctoral, Postdoctoral, and Short-Term research components, funded by Quebec’s MES and administered by FRQNT. Candidates must secure faculty sponsorship and pass internal pre-selection before advancing to the provincial competition, with multiple awards available annually.
