Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship

The Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship is a funded program that provides financial support for U.S. undergraduate students to study or intern abroad. It covers experiences such as study abroad semesters, short-term programs, and credit-bearing international internships, with funding up to $8,000. The Gilman-McCain Scholarship is also offered for eligible dependents of active-duty military personnel or students receiving Title IV federal aid.

Financial support up to $8,000 toward travel, tuition/fees, housing, living costs, and related expenses; credit-bearing international experiences include study abroad and internships.

Undergraduate students who are recipients of a Federal Pell Grant. The Gilman-McCain Scholarship additionally targets dependents of active-duty military personnel or students receiving Title IV federal aid.
