Fulbright Doktora Tezi Araştırma Bursu

The Fulbright Doctoral Dissertation Research Grant is a funded program intended for doctoral students enrolled in a PhD program in Türkiye who wish to conduct research related to their dissertation topics for an academic year. The grant covers tuition and expenses, a monthly living stipend, book and relocation allowances, and travel costs, along with health insurance. The award supports a single academic year of research in the United States, after which the grantee is expected to return to Türkiye to complete their doctoral program.

Applicants must be enrolled in a doctoral program in Türkiye and have identified a thesis topic; applicants must have sufficient English proficiency and meet the specified language prerequisites. There is no age limit.

Applicants create an online application package and submit it through the designated submission system (Slate Platform) as part of the Fulbright process.
