Luce Scholars Program

The Luce Scholars Program is a competitive, yearlong leadership development fellowship that provides emerging leaders with immersive professional experiences in Asia. Scholars receive language training, cultural immersion, and a professionally aligned job placement with mentorship. The program places participants in a variety of fields including public health, the arts, economic development, environmental science, and more. It aims to deepen understanding of Asia’s countries, cultures, and people and to develop skills for global leadership.
