The Joint Innovation Facility (JIF) is an Africa–Europe initiative that offers funding and support to collaborative innovation projects across Africa and Europe. It aims to accelerate digital and green transition solutions with measurable impact, through a milestone-based grant and tailored project studio services.

Benefits

Non-dilutive funding (EUR 100,000–250,000) plus mentorship, access to toolkits, investment readiness support, technical advisory, networking, and visibility within EU–Africa partnership goals.

Eligibility

Joint project proposals from innovation consortia that consist of at least two partners collaborating across borders (Africa–EU or Sub-Saharan Africa countries), led by an African entity.
