The Nature Conservancy/Smithsonian Institution Postdoctoral Fellowship 2025

Applications are open for a joint postdoctoral fellowship hosted by The Nature Conservancy and the Smithsonian Institution. The program supports emerging scientific leaders to conduct conservation-relevant research, collaborate with stakeholders, and contribute to decision-making for resilience and sustainability. Fellows will be embedded within both organizations, mentored by teams from TNC and SI, and will receive organizational hosting and HR support through their hiring institution.

Ph.D. in a natural or social science discipline relevant to conservation science, awarded by start of the position (and no longer than 4 years prior) and at least 1 to 2 years of related experience.
