IIE-SRF Fellowship 2025-2026

The IIE Scholar Rescue Fund (IIE-SRF) Fellowship 2025-2026 provides year-long research and/or teaching appointments at higher education institutions worldwide for threatened and displaced scholars. The program offers a fellowship grant (up to $25,000), health insurance, relocation funding, and professional development support, with potential renewal for a second year in many cases.

Year-long appointment, fellowship grant up to $25,000, health insurance, relocation funding, professional development support, conference attendance support in some cases, and ongoing mentoring and networking opportunities.

Open to professors, researchers, and public intellectuals who face threats and cannot continue their work in their home countries; scholars from any country and in any academic field may qualify.
