LISC/Foot Locker Foundation Community Empowerment Program 2025

The Foot Locker Foundation Community Empowerment Program awards grants to nonprofit organizations that connect youth to mentorship, education, career development, and health services. It funds two types of grants: one for ongoing or new youth programming and a capital-improvement grant to enhance youth programming, with grant amounts ranging from $25,000 to $75,000 over one year or $25,000 to $100,000 over one year respectively.

Grant funds awarded to support youth programming or capital improvements; may include organizational capacity support through program funding.

501c3 nonprofit organizations serving youth in low-to-moderate income communities and delivering programs that connect youth to mentorship, education, career development, and health services; with an organizational budget of $5 million or less; at least one full-time staff member focused on youth programming; and ability to engage local Foot Locker store team members in volunteer activities.
