Saudi Arabia Government Scholarships 2027

The Saudi Arabian government (Ministry of Education) offers fully funded scholarships to international students for undergraduate, master’s, and PhD programs at 27 public universities in Saudi Arabia. The scholarships cover tuition, living allowance, housing, health insurance, and travel, enabling recipients to pursue studies across a wide range of fields.
