PSL Global Seed Fund (GSF)

The PSL Global Seed Fund (GSF) is a seed funding scheme launched by Université PSL in 2023 to support the early stages of international research, artistic and pedagogical collaborations. It provides one-year project funding to initiate partnerships, carry out exploratory missions, organise events or prepare joint applications for larger international grants. The fund is open to all disciplines and to projects involving international partners.

Project seed funding (up to 12 000 euros) to support conferences, workshops, exploratory missions, research stays (including for doctoral/post-doctoral researchers), summer/winter schools and related activities.

Open to enseignants-chercheurs, researchers and affiliated staff from PSL constituent establishments and associated members; projects may involve doctoral and post-doctoral researchers and any international partner.

Applicants from PSL must submit proposals on the dedicated Global Seed Fund platform when a campaign is open; proposals are first reviewed by GSF referees designated by each establishment and then by a jury of vice-presidencies and their teams.
