3MC-PIMS-SIMONS Summer School on Mathematical Modelling and Emerging Tools

The 3MC-PIMS-SIMONS Summer School on Mathematical Modelling and Emerging Tools is an international summer school focused on mathematical modelling methods and the use of emerging AI tools. It provides training in model formulation, analytical and computational methods using open-source software such as Julia, R, and Python, along with data analysis, parameter estimation, model selection, validation and interpretation of results. The school includes instructors from international institutions and encourages problem-driven research projects with local relevance to Ethiopia. The event takes place at Arba Minch University from 14 to 24 December 2026.
