Young Leaders of the Americas (YLAI) Fellowship Program 2026

The Young Leaders of the Americas (YLAI) Fellowship Program 2026 is a fully funded fellowship for young entrepreneurs. It includes a four-week professional placement in the United States, online and in-person coursework, an opening orientation, a closing forum in Washington, D.C., and post-fellowship engagement with mentorship and alumni activities. Selected Fellows gain leadership and entrepreneurial development and opportunities to implement an Entrepreneurial Leadership Action Plan in their home country.

J-1 visa support, round-trip travel to the United States, domestic travel, curriculum and mentoring, a four-week professional placement, housing and meal stipend, and a limited health benefit plan.

Open to young entrepreneurs aged 25-35 by January 1, 2026, who are residents and citizens of participating countries and are eligible to receive a U.S. J-1 visa, with a demonstrated track record of growing their own business for at least two years.
