Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative 2025

The Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative (YLAI) Fellowship Program supports young entrepreneurs to strengthen their capacity to launch and grow their entrepreneurial ventures and contribute to economic development in their communities. The program includes an online curriculum and a four-week professional placement with host organizations in the United States, plus a closing forum in Washington, D.C. Selected Fellows receive visa support, travel, housing and a stipend, and ongoing engagement after the fellowship.

Visa support, round-trip travel, domestic travel in the U.S., housing and meal stipend, curriculum and mentoring, four-week professional placement, closing forum in Washington, D.C., post-fellowship engagement and alumni opportunities.

Open to young entrepreneurs who are residents and citizens of the participating countries in the Americas and who meet the age and visa requirements.
