ICETEX General Call (Colombia Government Scholarship)

The ICETEX General Call is a Colombia government scholarship programme offering fully funded awards for international students to pursue Master’s, PhD and Specialization degrees at Colombian universities. Each call awards up to 70 scholarships that cover full tuition and provide a monthly living allowance. The scholarship also provides support for books, an installation grant and health insurance. Awards are cohort-based and administered annually by ICETEX.

International students under 50 with a strong GPA may apply for Master’s, PhD or Specialization studies.
