Fall 2017 U.S. Alumni Travel Award

The Fall 2017 U.S. Alumni Travel Award provides partial funding for national or international conference expenses for alumni of the U.S. Amgen Scholars Program. Awards cover up to $1,500, disbursed as 75% before the conference and 25% after submitting a conference report, with the remainder subject to meeting requirements. Funding is provided through the Amgen Foundation to support conference participation and professional networking in scientific careers.

Partial travel support up to $1,500 for conference-related expenses; guidance and eligibility-based funding from the Amgen Foundation.

Alumni of the U.S. Amgen Scholars Program who meet eligibility parameters are invited to apply. Applicants must be enrolled in a graduate program in a STEM field or have conducted research while an Amgen Scholar and be selected to participate in a conference.
