Spring 2017 U.S. Alumni Travel Award

The Spring 2017 U.S. Alumni Travel Award offers partial funding to Amgen Scholars alumni for conference attendance, with up to $1,500 available to cover travel expenses. Recipients receive funding in installments and must submit a conference report. The award is intended to support researchers pursuing scientific careers and to promote professional networking opportunities among program alumni.

Up to $1,500 in travel funding for conference expenses; requirement to submit a conference report and a brief final statement after the conference.

Alumni of the U.S. Amgen Scholars Program who are selected to participate in an upcoming research conference and who are currently enrolled in a graduate STEM program (PhD, MD/PhD or master’s) or, if an undergraduate, conducting research from Amgen Scholars, are eligible to apply.
