Empowering Deaf Women for Sustainable Income

The Pollination Project grant supports the Empowering Deaf Women for Sustainable Income project in Lagos, providing vocational training, mentorship, and advocacy to Deaf women to achieve financial independence. The seed grant has enabled training in craft-making, digital literacy, and recycling, plus mentorship and awareness campaigns to promote inclusive employment. The project aims to scale up training and partnerships to broaden impact for Deaf women in Nigeria.
