PROVISION OF CONSULTING SERVICE TO CONDUCT ENVIRONMENTAL AND SOCIAL AUDIT (ESA) AND DEVELOPMENT OF INFECTION CONTROL WASTE MANAGEMENT PLAN (ICWMP) FOR AFRICA CDC REFERENCE LABORATORY, ETHIOPIA

The Africa Centres for Disease Control and Prevention invites eligible consulting firms to express interest in providing consulting services to conduct an Environmental and Social Audit (ESA) and develop an Infection Control Waste Management Plan (ICWMP) for the Africa CDC Reference Laboratory in Ethiopia. The assignment includes post-construction compliance review, assessment of biosafety and waste management, and development of an ICWMP tailored to a BSL-3 laboratory, with an estimated 110 person-days of effort and a start date in September 2026.

Eligible consulting firms with demonstrable experience in environmental and social assessment, compliance auditing, and infection control waste management for health facilities.
