DFG–Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Joint Research Grants (Standing Open Procedure)

The DFG–Pontificia Universidad Javeriana Joint Research Grants are a bilateral funding scheme enabling researchers from Germany and the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana (PUJ) to apply for jointly organised research projects of outstanding scientific quality. Proposals may be submitted in any field of research for funding periods of up to three years. Funding is awarded only if both the DFG and PUJ give positive assessments; unilateral funding of only one part of a project is not possible. Submissions are handled under a Standing Open Procedure with parallel submission under the DFG Research Grants Programme.

Research project funding for up to three years, contingent on positive assessment by both DFG and PUJ.

Researchers from Germany and researchers affiliated with the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana may apply; DFG eligibility rules and the duty to cooperate apply for German applicants, including requirements for applicants at non-university institutions.

Submit proposals via the DFG elan portal (selecting the COLOMBIA PUJ tag) and PUJ applicants submit to InvestigarPUJ; DFG applicants must register in the elan portal before submission.
