The Bilateral Research Fund (BRF) 2026 is a funding programme promoting scientific cooperation between Portugal and the United Kingdom. It provides grants up to €3,000 to support collaborative research activities and scientific mobility, targeted at early-career researchers. The main applicant must be affiliated with a research institution in Portugal or the United Kingdom, and at least one co-investigator must be based in the other country.
