Information

A funding scheme that provides financial support for visits of invited lecturers and teaching practitioners from foreign countries to Lithuanian higher education institutions. Visits must focus on direct work with students and last between 5 and 15 teaching days. The activity period for funded visits is from 2026-01-01 to 2026-12-15.

Financial support for the visit of foreign lecturers to Lithuanian higher education institutions (funding to cover part of visit costs).

Eligibility

Applicants: Lithuanian higher education institutions. Eligible participants: highly qualified lecturers, researchers and practitioners from foreign higher education and research institutions or practitioners (excluding citizens of Russia and Belarus).

Application

Lithuanian higher education institutions apply via the electronic application system (https://www.sistema.smpf.lt/). A designated coordinator registers, completes the online form and uploads required documents (lecturer CV, lecturer's confirmation to teach, signed declaration by institution head).
