Project Funding

The Project Funding scheme enables qualified researchers to independently carry out research projects on topics and objectives of their own choosing. Researchers can apply for funding to cover research costs and staff salaries as well as expenses related to scientific cooperation, networking and communication. Applicants may not apply for their own salaries. Proposals must be submitted via the SNSF Portal.

Qualified researchers may apply; applicants must submit their proposal via the SNSF Portal and create a new account even if they already have a mySNF account.
