Heilbronn AI Fellowship 2027

The Heilbronn AI Fellowship is a funded programme for international postdoctoral researchers to conduct AI research at institutions on the Bildungs campus Heilbronn and across the broader innovation network. Fellows benefit from a research environment that combines academic excellence, industry collaboration, and opportunities for technology transfer and entrepreneurship, with a focus on real-world applications and engagement with AI ecosystems.

Monthly stipend of 2,800 Euros, insurance coverage, travel allowance, potential family benefits and additional individual support as applicable.

Open to international PhD candidates or postdoctoral researchers who obtained a PhD no more than five years ago; PhD candidates should be in the final year before dissertation defense.
