Alpha Fellowship 2026

The Alpha Fellowship is a program by a16z speedrun that backs highly technical students, dropouts, and recent graduates who want to either join a breakout startup or build their own company. Fellows participate in an in-person program in San Francisco, gaining mentorship, networking, and funding opportunities. It offers two tracks: a Founder Track with up to $250,000 investment to start building, and a Talent Track with an in-person program that facilitates engineering roles and startup exposure.
