Commonwealth Foundation Grants 2026–27

The Commonwealth Foundation Grants 2026–27 open for applications to support civil society organisations, networks, coalitions, alliances and creative collectives across eligible Commonwealth countries. Two funding streams are available: Individual Organisation Grants and Collective Action Grants, providing multi-year funding to implement projects aligned with strategic priorities such as climate and environmental justice, economic inclusion, and freedom of expression.

Funding support for project activities over up to two years; structured grant funding with specific annual ranges for two streams.

Not-for-profit civil society or creative organisations registered in an eligible Commonwealth member country; organisations must have at least three years of relevant experience and operate with an income within limits; youth-led organisations are encouraged to apply.
