Kukhula Learnership (SA Youth YES!) Programme 2026 for Unemployed South Africans

The Kukhula Learnership Programme is a SETA-accredited, paid learnership for unemployed South African youth that combines classroom training with real workplace experience in financial services, insurance underwriting and wealth management. It targets individuals who have a Grade 11 or Grade 12 certificate and are not currently studying full-time. Participants receive a stipend while training and gain a recognised qualification along with workplace exposure.

South African citizens aged 18 to 35, with a Grade 11 or Grade 12 certificate, currently unemployed and not enrolled in full-time tertiary studies.
