Information

The Chan Zuckerberg Biohub Global Science Scholars Program 2025 funds early-career postdoctoral researchers to conduct bioengineering and biomedical research across U.S. and Japanese labs. The program offers two types of fellowships: in residence in Japan and in residence in the U.S., each lasting up to two years, with stipends and additional relocation and travel funds. Selected scholars participate in a structured program with institutional support and opportunities to engage in science convenings.

Eligibility

Candidates must have earned a doctoral degree by July 1, 2025 and be available to start by July 1, 2025; must be early-career and not have earned a doctoral degree before July 1, 2021. Language proficiency in English is required.
