Information

The Don and Tina Hamson Indigenous Scholarship is a financial award for Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students at the University of Queensland. The scholarship provides approximately $10,000 and may be held for up to three years. Awards are aimed at students who can demonstrate financial hardship and support study in any area, with preference given to students in the Schools of Business and Economics and the Master of Business Administration.

Eligibility

Applicants must be Australian Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander persons, be domestic students in accordance with The University’s Fee Policy, demonstrate financial hardship and be enrolled full-time at the University of Queensland.
