UN OHCHR-EAA Youth Rights Academy 2025

The UN OHCHR-EAA Youth Rights Academy 2025 is an educational program organized by OHCHR and Education Above All that aims to build the capacities of young advocates and practitioners working on human rights, particularly in contexts of conflict and insecurity. It will explore definitions, concepts, and frameworks related to the human rights of young people and empower participants to use advocacy and other tools to promote human rights in their communities.

Participants gain in-depth knowledge and practical tools to address human rights challenges; travel and stay expenses are covered by organisers.

Open to 18-30 years old (as of 7 July 2025). Applicants must have minimum 2 years of experience in advocating for human rights, including the rights of young people, and provide a reference letter. English language proficiency is required (working level).
