A full-tuition support programme for North Korean defectors to undertake courses and national qualification training via the Korean academic credit bank system. The support covers 100% of course fees for professional certificates (e.g. social welfare worker level 2, childcare teacher level 2, Korean language teacher) and degree attainment tracks in fields such as business, psychology, child studies, social welfare, architecture, electrical/electronic, and IT. Courses are provided 100% online with individual learner support. Applicants must present documentation proving status as a North Korean defector.
