France Pacific Fund 2027: Funding for Social, Economic, Scientific and Cultural Development Projects in the Pacific

The Pacific Fund 2027 is a cooperation funding mechanism administered by the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs to support projects that promote social, economic, scientific and cultural development and regional integration in the Pacific. It targets cooperation between France’s Pacific territories and independent Pacific states, with a preference for involvement of Pacific organisations or research institutes from New Caledonia, French Polynesia and Wallis and Futuna. Proposals are invited from eligible organisations and partners, and must align with the fund’s regional development objectives.

Eligible organisations and partners may submit proposals, preferably involving Pacific organisations or research institutes from New Caledonia, French Polynesia and Wallis and Futuna.

Proposals must be submitted to the French Permanent Secretariat for the Pacific by the stated deadline, following the official call for proposals and required documents.
