CERI Genomics and Bioinformatics Fellowships 2027

The Centre for Epidemic Response and Innovation (CERI) at Stellenbosch University invites applications for 20 short-term training fellowships to strengthen genomic surveillance and infectious disease research capacity in South Africa. The programme provides hands-on training in wet-lab genomic data production, bioinformatics, phylogenetic analysis and epidemiology, aimed at equipping participants with practical skills for pathogen surveillance and public health research.
