World Bank Young Professionals Program (YPP) 2025

The World Bank Young Professionals Program (YPP) is a competitive, international opportunity to join the World Bank Group as a Young Professional. YPs join as Technical Specialists, Economists, and Associate Investment Officers on an initial five-year term contract with potential for renewal, and participate in a structured learning and talent development journey with rotations across the World Bank Group.

Structured learning and talent development through the YP Academy, including technical and operations training, language programs, negotiation and leadership development, one-on-one coaching, and mentorship; five-year term contract with potential renewal.

Applicants should be born on or after October 1, 1992, hold a masters-level degree or higher in a relevant field, and have over four years of full-time work experience following undergraduate studies; must be a national of a World Bank Group member country and have fluency in English.
