Health Organization and Medical Practices during Communism: Attempts at Social History

The conference "Health Organization and Medical Practices during Communism: Attempts at Social History" is an academic event focused on the history of public health and medical practices in communist Romania. It brings together national and international researchers to discuss institutional development, medical disciplines, public health campaigns, practitioner contributions and patient experiences in the communist period. The event is held in hybrid format (in-person in Bucharest and online via Google Meet).
