U.S. Inter-country Awards

The U.S. Inter-country Awards provide limited funding to enable a U.S. Fulbright Scholar who is currently in a European country to visit Ireland for up to one week for lecturing or collaboration. The awards are intended to be arranged by an Irish institution which requests the visit and funding. Funding is limited and is described as covering return travel expenses for the visiting scholar.

Irish institutions may apply to bring a U.S. Fulbright Scholar currently in a European country to Ireland; U.S. Fulbright Scholars in Europe should contact the Irish institution directly to confirm interest and support.
