Information
The Einstein-Zentrum is a funding programme of the Einstein Stiftung Berlin that enables interdisciplinary, cross-institutional research centres in Berlin to establish internationally visible research foci. It supports research consortia that bundle interdisciplinary scientific competence, strengthen early-career support and foster collaboration between Berlin universities and non-university research institutions. Funding may support personnel, consumables, travel, guest costs, open-access publications and equipment (excluding construction) for up to six years, with an initial three-year award and a possible three-year continuation.
Benefits
Grant funding (up to €1M/year) for personnel, travel, guest costs, open-access publications and equipment; funding duration up to six years (initial three-year award with possible continuation).
