Early Detection Award

The Early Detection Award is a multi-organisational grant programme led by The Mark Foundation for Cancer Research that funds major technological advances for the early detection of hard-to-treat cancers. Awards provide $2 million each, paid over a two-year period, to multidisciplinary teams. Grants are made to teams of investigators to pursue research projects addressing obstacles in cancer early detection.

A $2,000,000 research grant disbursed over two years to the awarded team.

Applications are intended for teams of two to four investigators.
