Chapter Activities Fund

The Chapter Activities Fund provides partial financial support for activities and programs organized by AMS chapters. Awards of up to $500 and covering no more than 50% of total project costs are considered. Funds may be used for speaker fees, venue costs, travel, lodging, supplies, and direct program costs and must be used within 12 months of the award date.

Monetary award up to $500; eligible expenses include speaker fees, venue costs, travel, lodging, supplies, and direct program costs (A/V, equipment, catering, etc.).

Only duly elected representatives of AMS chapters may apply. A given chapter cannot receive funding more than once in a twelve-month period. Requests must be received in advance of their intended use.

Submit required materials via the application form linked on the AMS website, including a project description and itemized budget(s).
