Study Group Activities Fund

The Study Group Activities Fund provides partial financial support for activities and programs organized by AMS study groups. Awards of up to $500 and covering no more than 50% of total project costs are available. Eligible expenses include speaker fees, venue costs, travel, lodging, supplies, and direct program costs. Awards are made semi-annually and funds must be used within 12 months of the award date.

Cash award of up to $500; eligible expenses include speaker fees, venue costs, travel, lodging, supplies, and direct program costs (A/V, equipment, catering, etc.).

Only duly elected representatives of AMS study groups may apply. A given study group cannot receive funding more than once in a twelve-month period. Requests must be received in advance of their intended use.

Submit required application materials via the online application form; materials include project description, itemized budget for requested funds, itemized budget of remaining expenses, and optional supporting documentation.
