The PhD at Risk Scholarships at the University of Padua are fully funded doctoral positions for scholars whose academic careers have been disrupted by conflict, persecution, or humanitarian crises. The XLII Cycle (2026/2027) offers an annual gross stipend and relocation/integration support for at-risk international candidates pursuing PhD studies in Italy at Padua. Three scholarships are available for the 3-year doctoral programs.
