Excellent Brains PhD Fellowship 2025

Up to 20 fully funded PhD positions in neuroscience are offered by a Center of Excellence in Austria, partnering five universities. The program provides interdisciplinary training, lab rotations, mentorship, and international collaboration for graduates aiming to conduct brain research. Fellows will pursue a four-year PhD across participating institutions with strong research and career development components.

Applicants must hold a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in a related field by October 31, 2025, be highly motivated with prior research experience, and be proficient in English; application requires academic documents and two referees.
